Shipping & Delivery Policy

Orders placed on the Website are usually processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours after confirmation. Once shipped, deliveries are generally completed within 2 to 6 working days, depending on the delivery location and courier service availability.

Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to factors including geographical location, product availability, public holidays, weather conditions, or delays caused by logistics partners.

Shipping charges may be applicable on certain orders and shall be displayed on the website at the time of purchase. Customers are advised to review the applicable shipping fees, delivery charges, and order summary carefully before completing the transaction.

In the event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, customers are requested to raise a single complaint for the respective order. Return or replacement requests for the same order will be processed only once.

Customers are strongly advised to inspect the package at the time of delivery and refrain from accepting parcels that appear tampered with, opened, or physically damaged.

Cancellation of Orders

In such cases, Luxlyne may cancel the order either fully or partially without prior notice. If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, the applicable refund amount will be initiated in accordance with the Company’s refund process.

Customers will be informed in the event of any cancellation, modification, or if additional information is required to successfully process and deliver the order.

Luxlyne will never request sensitive financial or personal information such as OTPs, CVV numbers, UPI PINs, card details, internet banking credentials, or passwords through phone calls, messages, emails, or any unofficial communication channels.

Customers are advised to remain cautious of fraudulent calls, messages, websites, social media accounts, or individuals falsely claiming to represent Luxlyne while offering discounts, giveaways, rewards, or promotional benefits in exchange for confidential information or payments.

Sharing personal or payment-related information with unauthorized individuals may lead to financial fraud, misuse, or unauthorized transactions. Luxlyne shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, or claims arising from such unauthorized disclosures made by customers to third parties.

We strongly encourage customers to immediately report any suspicious activity, fraudulent communication, or impersonation attempts to our customer support team or designated Grievance Officer for necessary review and appropriate action.

Please note that payment processing and refunds may involve third-party banking institutions and payment gateway partners. In certain situations, delays may occur due to procedures or verification processes beyond Luxlyne’s direct control. However, we strive to ensure that all genuine concerns are addressed within reasonable timelines and in accordance with our policies.
